Vietnam in a nutshell

,,Paddy rice fields in Sapa, bustle and hustle in Hanoy, beautiful limestones in Halong bay and the underground tunnels of Vietkong, these are the icons of the most developed country of Indochina, Vietnam. The wooden huts were replaced by colorfull concrete houses, muddy roads by three current highways and the transport is provided with comfortable sleeping busses. Vietnam is walking towards the ,,better" tomorrows."

This is a retrospect of my travel to Vietnam. It's my point of view of places which I have visited and feelings that I had. It' s what I imagine if somebody would ask me: ,,Hey how was Vietnam?"

What to visit?

I didn't like Vietnam that much, it might be that the weather wasn't in my favour, it rained quite a lot. Visit of Sapa made my travel to Vietnam, then I liked Hoy An, Halong bay and Bang national park by Dong Hoi.

Advices

Visit Vietnam on motorbike, we didn't buy any, but we always rented one in town. It was good to tent one because we could sleep during the long distance bus rides.
